1. Playa Carrizalillo

Playa Carrizalillo beach is surrounded by beautiful palm trees, golden sand, and aqua water. One unique thing is that you need to climb various stairs (around 150) before leaving so that could be tiresome but worth doing. 

It also provides snorkeling options and the beach remains extremely busy during weekends so try to visit early morning or on weekdays for best experience.

2. Playa Manzanillo 

This cove beach is perfect for the families because shady places are available for the kids and restaurants here are very good and provide shaded open areas. Their food is also tasty.

Adventurous activities like swimming and snorkeling are also possible at this beach.

3. Playa Zicatela 

If you are looking for surfing then this is the perfect destination so book your slot and pack your bags for Playa Zicatela.  The barrels and swells are very powerful here, so it is recommended to surf only if you are a professional and also join the guided tours for this activity.

It is considered among one of the best Oaxaca beaches and famous for nightlife but it is not a very good place for swimming so you can do this activity at some other nearby beach.

4. La Punta 

It is close to Zicatela Beach but still it looks very different because of the lines of palm trees, bars, and places to play volleyball.

1. Bahia del Organo

The beach seems natural and untouched with crystal clear water and shiny sand. 

Beach is not crowded and street vendors and restaurants are hardly seen here, so bring your own food and snacks to spend the best day at Bahia del Organo.

People usually walk for 20 minutes through the mud path to reach the beach but taxis and rental cars are also available that are a good option on a hot day.

2. Cacaluta Beach

Cacaluta is one of the hidden beaches that is not often visited by tourists therefore, it is a bit difficult to reach here. But, if you can do some extra effort you would not regret it. This beach is also picturized in the movie Y Tu Mamá También.

There are two possible means to reach the Cacaluta beach i.e. taxi or a private car. Taxis can be arranged from Huatulco National Park or any other place. But it is good to rent a car and watch other good places along the way.

3. Bahia San Agustin

Snorkeling is a fun activity to do at the beaches and the best Oaxaca beaches for snorkeling include Bahia San Agustin. Snorkeling gears can be rented from the local restaurants but some people bring their own. It is present on the Western side of Huatulco National Park is a quite famous and crowded place so reach ahead of time to enjoy most.

4. Playa La Entrega

Playa La Entrega is 15 minutes away from La Crucecita and it is easy to get here via taxi. It is also a popular place and famous for swimming and snorkeling. Swimming is really fun at places like Playa La Entrega because of its clear water and beautiful scenic view.

5. Playa El Violín

Playa el Violin is a small cove beach that attracts the visitors due to its clean water, calm environment and beautiful sunset views.

Las Brisas Huatulco: It is a nice resort near the beach that provides customers with swimming pools, gym and the best sea views.
